  • I work with teens ages 13 and up and adults who are ready to explore, heal, and grow.

  • I offer sessions in my comfortable Mill Creek & Seattle offices, through secure online meetings for clients in WA & OR statewide, or we can walk and talk on a nearby trail by my Mill Creek office—whatever helps you feel most at ease.

  • Individual sessions are 50 minutes and are $185. For parent-child sessions, which I offer for progress check-ins or during times of transition, the fee is $205 for 50 minutes.

  • I’m a private pay provider, so I do not work with any insurance companies.

    I do provide superbills for sessions that you can submit to your insurance provider to see whether you can receive partial reimbursement through your plan's out-of-network benefits.
